  3. Timer does not support Cut, Copy, Paste and Clear. You can use this menu with Desk Accessories however.

  9. These choices control the operation of the alarm.

  11. This will let you set the alarm options such as timing and notification.

  13. Start or stop the timer with this choice. You can also do this with a keyboard hit.

  15. Reset the notifications of the alarm. The blinking icon in the menu bar will stop blinking and Timer will not be marked in the application menu.
